1) Respectful Conduct

• Bullying, harassment, offensive language, or insults will result in an immediate ban without notice.
• Serious or unlawful behavior may be reported to local authorities.
• No illegal content, spam, malware, or deceptive links.

2) Anonymity & Identity

You may participate anonymously. To prevent impersonation or fraud, we may request or collect personal information to verify account ownership. This does not remove your ability to appear anonymous to other users unless required for safety or legal compliance.

3) Eligibility

Minimum age: 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your country).

4) Donations

Donations are voluntary and non‑refundable. Funds support platform costs and time dedicated to CalmVibes’ mission. Donations don’t grant privileges or moderation influence.

5) No Professional Advice

CalmVibes is peer‑support. We do not provide medical or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals when needed.

6) Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Severe cases may be escalated to law enforcement.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Jurisdiction: Siena, subject to consumer rules.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1) What We Collect

• Account data: username, email (if provided), and settings.
• Security data: logs to prevent impersonation/fraud.
• Donation data: payment confirmations from Stripe; we don’t store card numbers.
• Cookies: essential for login/session; optional analytics with consent.

2) Legal Bases (GDPR)

• Consent: optional features and analytics.
• Contract: to provide and secure your account.
• Legitimate interests: platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
